Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere on the island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) and to the UK on request. 

Do you charge for shipping?

We are delighted to offer free shipping in Ireland as standard. We also offer a Mattress Disposal service and White Glove service for an additional charge.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship our mattresses internationally. Just get in touch with our team and we'd be happy to provide a shipping quote.  

How long will it take to get my mattress?

We aim to deliver your mattress within 15 working days from order to delivery. We need 5 working days to process your order, and 5-10 working days for shipping depending on your location. As we use third party carriers, we can't guarantee shipping times, especially during busy periods, holidays, or adverse weather events. If you need your mattress in a hurry get in touch by emailing our dispatch team info@naturalsleep.ie and we will do our best to help.

How will I know my mattress is on the way?

You will receive a shipping confirmation to let you know your Natural Sleep mattress has been dispatched. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you haven't received this within a day or two of placing your order. 

Can I track my order?

Our carrier aims to deliver within 10 working days. During busy periods, this may be longer. Please contact us by emailing info@naturalsleep.ie if you haven't received your order a full 12 working days after receiving a shipping notification and we will follow up.

Can I return my mattress?

Our mattresses are covered by warranty in the unlikely event of a manufacturing default. Body impressions / filling settlement is considered normal on new luxury mattresses and does not constitute a manufacturing fault. Perceived level of comfort is subjective and is not covered by warranty. Please contact info@naturalsleep.ie for further information.

Can you take away old mattresses? 

Yes! We are delighted to offer the option to take away your old mattress. For €50, we can arrange for our delivery team to take it away. Just choose the option 'Free Shipping + Old Mattress Disposal' at checkout. We have limited space on our vans though so we’ll only be able to take away the same number of mattresses as we have delivered and they must be the same size or smaller. Please note, our delivery team cannot take bed bases or other furniture.

Can you set up my mattress in my bedroom? 

With our White Glove service, priced at €150, your new mattress is delivered to your bedroom or preferred room. We will unbox, unroll, position in place and take away packaging. 

What if I notice damage or an issue on receiving my mattress?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I collect my mattress? 

Yes, can you can collect your mattress direct from our showroom at Ballylanders, Co. Limerick. We are open Monday-Thursday, 8am-2pm. Just choose collection at checkout, and you will receive a notification when your mattress is ready for pick up!

What products can I purchase online?

Our Organic Collection and Adjustable Bed Collections are available to shop online. 

What products can I purchase in store?

Our Premium, Comfort and Origin Collections are available in-store from over 100 retailers nationwide. 

Do you have your own showroom?

Yes we have our own showroom in Dublin where you can try our entire range of mattresses - Organic, Premium, Comfort and Origin Collections - as well our Adjustable Bed Collection. Open 7 days a week, you can find us on the Long Mile Road, Dublin 12, or visit us at Ballylanders, Co. Limerick to try our Organic Collection or Adjustable Bed Collection.
